This National Register nominated historic property in the "Bronzeville" neighborhood of Chicago was completely restored into 101 affordable single room occupancy units and a two-story public "Y" with a pool, gym, ballroom, after school day care and other community spaces.
The restoration included a replicated marble and cast steel stair, patterned ceramic tile flooring, oak millwork, ornamental plaster, wood floors, window replication and exterior masonry restoration.
