Ben Weese, FAIA, Principal |

Ben Weese FAIA is a founding
partner of Weese Langley Weese. He received graduate and undergraduate
degrees at Harvard University and a Certificate of Scholarship
at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, Fontainbleau, France. Prior to Weese
Langely Weese, he worked for 20 years at Harry Weese and Associates,
where major projects included The Latin School of Chicago, Williams
College Library, Williamstown, Massachusetts, and Lake Village
Townhouses and Apartment Tower, Chicago, Illinois. Major projects
with Weese Langley Weese include: Art Institute of Chicago, Allerton
Hall Renovation; Winnetka Congregational Church, Winnetka, Illinois;
and the F.W. Olin Classroom Building, Luther College, Decorah,
Iowa. Ben has received numerous local and national design awards
and is a board member of the Graham Foundation for Advancement
in the Fine Arts and a member of the City of Chicago Landmarks
Commission. |

Dennis W. Langley AIA, Principal |

 |
Dennis Langley AIA received
his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois
at Champaign Urbana in 1970. After serving in the military, he
worked for five years at two firms including a large AE firm.
He joined Weese Langley Weese in 1978 where he became a principal
in 1992. Representative projects there have included churches,
college libraries, and most recently Wohlberg Hall, classroom/studios
for the School of the Art Institute. His projects include an emphasis
on a broad variety of low income housing including multi-family,
single room occupancy and affordable elderly units in projects
that include adaptive re-use, historic restoration and new construction.
He served on the Oak Park Historic Preservation Commission for
six years and on the board of Family Services, Oak Park, a mental
health organization. He has been involved in numerous AIA award
winning projects. He has recently received a Richard H. Driehaus
Community Design Award and a Landmarks Preservation Council of
Illinois Award for his housing projects. |

Cynthia Weese, FAIA, Principal |

 |
Cynthia Weese FAIA is a founding
partner of Weese Langley Weese. She received a Bachelor Degree
from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, where she is
currently the Dean of the School of Architecture. Prior to Weese
Langley Weese, she was in private practice and worked at Harry
Weese and Associates. Major projects at Weese Langley Weese include:
F.W. Olin Classroom Building, Luther College, Decorah, Iowa; Art
Institute of Chicago Kraft General Foods Education Center; Chicago
City Day School, Chicago, Illinois; and numerous projects for
A New Leaf flower store in Chicago. Cynthia has received numerous
AIA design awards and lectures widely nationally and internationally. |

Daniel Towler Weese, AIA, Associate |

Dan Towler Weese AIA has been
with Weese Langley Weese since 1992. He received a Bachelor's
Degree from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut, and
a Master's Degree from the School of Architecture at Yale University.
Major projects at Weese Langley Weese include: FW Olin Hall, Luther
College, Decorah, Iowa; Dayton Memorial Library, Regis University,
Denver, Colorado; Chicago City Day School, Chicago, Illinois;
South Loop Apartments, Chicago, Illinois. Dan currently serves
on the board of directors of the Chicago Architecture Club for
which he was president, 1999-2000; he is the chair of the AIA
Chicago Design Committee for 2002. Dan has served as guest critic
and lecturer at schools of architecture locally and around the
country. |

Richard Klein, AIA, Associate |

 |
Richard Klein AIA graduated
cum laude with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University
of Cincinnati in 1986. He completed internships with architecture
firms in Indianapolis, Baltimore, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and
Charleston, South Carolina. He has been with Weese Langley Weese
since 1986. Representative projects include Wilson Library and
Landis Academic Center at the University of La Verne, Winnetka
Congregational Church and the Allerton Hall Renovation at The
Art Institute of Chicago. He has worked on AIA award-winning projects,
including the A New Leaf Studio and Garden. |
