Michael Barlow Center Located in the near west side in one of Chicagošs older neighborhoods, a local community group that provides housing for the homeless is developing a work/education center for this population and other local community groups. The building will contain spaces for classrooms, computer, vocational, and restaurant training, a small business center, support offices and conference spaces.
	Bishop Goedert Residence The Bishop Goedert Residence is currently in construction for Catholic Charities Development Corporation. This elderly housing project is the renovation of and addition to an existing building on the grounds of the Hines V.A. Hospital just outside of Chicago. 70 one-bedroom units will be included in the project above a multipurpose room and activity rooms on the ground floor. The new front facade is being designed to blend with the Georgian architecture of the building and surrounding campus.
