Two separate additions expanded the existing three story 1960's classroom building with, in the first phase, a new gym, auditorium, labs, and dining room and, in the second, more classrooms, labs, multi-purpose spaces, and administrative offices.
	The additions were placed against the rear property line to diminish the overall impact of the building on the dense urban neighborhood and to provide recreational outdoor space.
	The façade of the first addition provides a focal point for the ensemble, while the brick of the second relates to the original building.
